Vom 18. bis zum 22. September hatten wir das Vergnügen, unsere Kollegen vom TechCoLab in Brasilien zu begrüßen.
Der Austausch von Ideen und Kulturen brachte eine neue Perspektive in unseren Arbeitsbereich in Deutschland.
Die Woche begann im Einstein1 mit einer umfassenden Einführung in NEDGEX und unsere Arbeitsmethoden.
Außerdem nahm ein neuer Arbeitskollege von NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme an der Sitzung teil, wodurch eine weitere Ebene der Zusammenarbeit und der Erkenntnisse geschaffen wurde.
Es war eine fantastische Gelegenheit, unsere Praktiken auszutauschen und von den Erfahrungen der anderen im Bereich der Innovation zu lernen.
Der Höhepunkt der Woche war zweifellos der Startschuss des Projekts BuddAI.
Das Ziel des Projekts ist es, ein System für Servicetechniker zu entwickeln, um sie in ihrem täglichen Geschäft zu unterstützen und ihre Arbeit zu erleichtern. Als wir uns in die Details und Feinheiten des Projekts vertieften, wurde deutlich, dass die Synergie zwischen unseren internationalen Teammitgliedern außergewöhnlich war.
Die Zusammenarbeit verlief reibungslos und zeigte die Effektivität internationaler Teamarbeit, insbesondere im Bereich Innovation
Diese erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit ist mehr als nur ein Projekt, es ist ein Beweis für die großartigen Möglichkeiten, die sich bieten, wenn man an Innovationsprojekten gemeinsam arbeitet.
Der Austausch von Ideen und die Vielfalt der Perspektiven haben Türen zu spannenden Möglichkeiten für dieses Projekt und künftige internationale Unternehmungen geöffnet.

Bridging Boundaries: NEDGEX and TechCoLab’s Journey of Innovation
From September 18th to September 22nd, NEDGEX had the pleasure of hosting our colleagues from TechCoLab in Brazil.
The exchange of ideas and cultures brought a fresh perspective to our workspace in Germany.
The week kicked off at Einstein1 with a comprehensive introduction to NEDGEX and our unique working methods.
Notably, also a new colleague from NETZSCH Pumps & Systems joined the session, adding another layer of collaboration and insights.
It was a fantastic opportunity to share our practices and learn from each other’s experiences in the innovation business.
The highlight of the week was undoubtedly our kickoff of the project BuddAI.
The goal of the project is to develop a system for service technicians, supporting them in their daily business and make their work easier. As we delved into the details and intricacies of the project, it became apparent that the synergy between our international team members was exceptional. The collaboration was seamless, showcasing the effectiveness of international teamwork especially in the innovation game.
This successful collaboration is more than just a project; it’s a testament to the great possibilities that lie in working together on innovation projects. The exchange of ideas and the diversity of perspectives have opened doors to exciting opportunities for this project and future international endeavors.
