Coming up with brand new ideas is one thing. Identifying the really good ones and pushing them to implementation is another challenge. Working in global teams – we call it innovation networks or eco-systems – is the perfect way to us everybodys knowledge and power. According to the motto “if NETZSCH knew what NETZSCH already knows, we would all be much smarter”.
We are looking at a new way of interaction with this new network. Instead of relying only on our own capabilities to solve challenges in innovation, we can leverage the expert knowledge of all people – that’s you in the GB’s, in future our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders within our supply chain.
