Im Jahr 2023 hatte Andreas Hentschel diesen Geistesblitz: Warum sollten wir nicht KI nutzen, um die Art und Weise, wie wir industriellen Service und Support leisten, aufzurütteln?
Eine kollaborative Maschine
Der Weg von Helpair ist ein Beweis für die Kraft der Zusammenarbeit. Auf der Grundlage von Erkenntnissen aus dem A&T S27-Projekt AI Opportunities und bereichernden Diskussionen mit unseren Geschäftsbereichen Pumpen und Systeme sowie Mahlen und Dispergieren erforschen wir neue Grenzen für seine Anwendung.
Ausweitung unserer Reichweite
Aber hier wird die Sache noch komplizierter: Wir behalten Helpair nicht nur innerhalb der NETZSCH-Familie. Wir gehen hinaus, wenden uns an erste externe Kunden und entwickeln eine Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategie, die so innovativ ist wie Helpair selbst. Es ist eine aufregende Phase, in der wir unbekannte Territorien betreten und die Auswirkungen von Helpair auf verschiedene Branchen absehen können.
