Am 15. und 16.02.22 findet im Gründerzentrum Einstein1 in Hof der Projektstart von EOD (Experts on Demand) statt. Erstmalig wieder in Präsenz trifft sich das ganze Team zu einer aufschlussreichen und produktiven Session. Natürlich unter strenger Beachtung der vorherrschenden Hygienevorschriften!
EoD soll eine Plattformlösung für Servicetechniker werden, die Angebot und Nachfrage auf dem Markt zusammenbringen und für beide Seiten profitabel sein soll.

Das Team bekommt für die Phase der Validieren Unterstützung durch das Unternehmen wattx mit Hauptsitz in Berlin. Wattx hat das Team von NEDGEX schon bei diversen Projekten, wie zum Beispiel Notify unterstützt, welches mittlerweile erfolgreich von Alberto Reuters in Brasilien geführt wird.
In den beiden Tagen des Bootcamps geht es sowohl darum dem gesamten Team noch einmal grundlegend die Arbeitsweise von NEDGEX sowie die von wattx näher zu bringen als auch konkrete erste Doings anzugehen.
Am ersten Tag bekommt das Team also Input von Christian Baier und Andreas Hentschel zu Innovationsprojekten. So wird ein gemeinsames Verständnis für Innovation im Digitalbereich geschaffen. Am zweiten Tag holen die Projektleiter Tobias Heinrich (NEX) und Max Tscharnke (wattx) das Team zum aktuellen Projektstand ab und legen gemeinsam die Roadmap fest.
In den folgenden Wochen soll nun die Desirability (eine Phase des Stage-Gate-Prozesses) von EOD geprüft werden, um im Anschluss die Feasability (eine weitere Phase im Stage-Gate-Prozess) des Projekts angehen zu können.

EoD project kick-off at Einstein1
On 15 and 16/02/22 the project start of EOD (Experts on Demand) takes place at the Einstein1 in Hof.
For the first time in presence the whole team meets for an informative and productive session. Of course under strict observance of the prevailing hygiene regulations!
EoD is to become a platform solution for service technicians, which should bring together supply and demand on the market and be profitable for both sides.

For the validation phase, the team will be supported by wattx, a company headquartered in Berlin. Wattx has already supported NEDGEX in various projects, such as Notify, which is now successfully managed by Alberto Reuters in Brazil.
During the two day bootcamp, the team gets introduced to the basic way of working of NEDGEX as well as the wow of wattx, and will also be given the opportunity to tackle some concrete initial doings.
On the first day the team gets input from Christian Baier and Andreas Hentschel about innovation projects. This creates a common understanding of how to innovate in the digital sector. On the second day, the project managers Tobias Heinrich (NEX) and Max Tscharnke (wattx) meet with the team to discuss the current project status and define the roadmap.
In the following weeks, the desirability (one phase of the stage-gate process) of EOD will be checked in order to be able to tackle the feasibility (another phase in the stage-gate process) of the project.
