Der potenzielle Markt ist sehr groß, und die bestehenden Lösungen für Servicetechniker sind vor allem für die Nachfrageseite, aber auch für die Angebotsseite nicht voll zufriedenstellend. Wir gehen davon aus, dass die größte Herausforderung darin besteht, die Angebotsseite für die Teilnahme an der Plattform zu gewinnen. Daher sind wertschöpfende Funktionen für die Angebotsseite entscheidend für den Erfolg von EoD.
Alle vorab aufgestellten Hypothesen erfahren mindestens teilweise Bestätigung. So steht der nächsten Phase des Projekts nicht mehr im Weg.
Ebenfalls Teil der nächsten Runde wird die Viability (dt. Wirtschaftlichkeit) sein, in der eine wirtschaftliche Lösung mit einem ganzheitlichen, nachhaltig integrativen Projektmanagementmodell ausgearbeitet werden soll.

The team met remotely on Friday, March 25, 2022 to review the first phase of Desirability.
The content of this phase was to actively highlight the supply side and conduct interviews with local service engineers. The purpose of this phase is to find out if the project is a desirable solution that the customer really needs.
The potential market is very large, and the existing solutions for service technicians are not fully satisfactory, especially for the demand side, but also for the supply side. We assume that the biggest challenge is to attract the supply side to participate in the platform. Therefore, value-adding features for the supply side are crucial for the success of EoD.
All of the hypotheses established in advance receive at least partial confirmation. Thus, the path is clear for the next phase of the project.
The second phase starts directly. The so-called Feasibility includes first online marketing campaigns and the development of a first business case. The outcome should create a feasible solution that builds on the strengths and operational capabilities.
Also part of the next round will be the Viability, where an economic solution with a holistic, sustainable integrative project management model shall be elaborated.
