What is an innovative mindset, and how does it support international collaboration? Insights into this question, along with a glimpse into a deep-tech transformation, were provided to Felix and Ngan during the High Tech Venture Days (HTVD) in Dresden.
The fact is that innovation fosters international collaboration by enabling diverse stakeholders to collectively address complex global challenges. In the case of NEDGEX, we aim to bring this environment from around the globe to our sectors in Germany. How?
Over these two days, @Felix and @Ngan gained fresh perspectives from our peers on the critical components of a thriving start-up ecosystem. We adopt these new solutions and mould them accordingly to the start-ups we partner with. Our team members were truly impressed by the global innovation exchange that connected investors and start-ups from Germany to Australia and beyond, which opened new sources of growth for NEDGEX as a strategic investor. 🌏
The HTVD offered opportunities to exchange ideas with other investors and potential co-investors, fostering a solid foundation for start-ups. The pitch sessions were particularly impressive, focusing on three major themes:
- Sustainability: Innovative solutions tackling climate issues and advancing green technologies.
- Manufacturing & Materials: Transformative breakthroughs in construction, production processes, and material development.
- Electrification, Mobility & Space: Groundbreaking innovations shaping the future of transportation and space exploration. Through this exposure, we broadened our horizons and gained an external perspective on our activities. Finding more about new approaches reinforced our commitment to becoming a holistic strategic partner—and this cannot be achieved without redefining the narrative around CVCs.
More stability, faster decision-making processes, and a broad portfolio of assets through NETZSCH. We don’t want a quick exit, we want a long-term partnership with our startups. We at NEDGEX are different.
