Last week, the NEDGEX team and a small group of participants met for the Innovation Ecosystem Kickoff in Munich.
The goal was to make the incubator of NETZSCH and its work better understandable and eventually generate ideas within working sessions. So the participant get a deep dive into the innovation world. In this way, employees from different areas can share their ideas in with other employees, exchange experiences and in turn take home new food for thought.
The group of participants consists of creative minds from different parts of the world. It was a great opportunity to bring everyone together and harness the different experiences from different areas of NETZSCH and use them for new ideas and possible business models.
The kickoff has spanned three days, where participants got input on NEDGEX itself, the innovation world in general and methods on “how to innovate”. In several work sessions, the group had to solve concrete tasks that systematically work towards one thing: generating ideas that can be explored for further progress.📈
An excursion to the beautiful Tegernsee lake was also part of the event and especially inspired our international guests.
