Zum Start in das neue Jahr 2023 war das Team vom 11. bis zum 13. Januar zum Jahres-Kick-Off im „Tannenhaus“ in Schöneck im Vogtland. In ruhiger und entspannender Atmosphäre konnten wir konzentriert an den strategischen & operativen Zielen für 2023 arbeiten. Dank Retrospektive, Brainstorming und Teamwork wurden neue, innovative Ideen generiert und daraus die Projekte für Q1 abgeleitet und geschärft.
Neben dem Kick-Off durften wir auch eine neue Mitarbeiterin willkommen heißen: Katharina Gruber besetzt seit Januar die Stelle als Innovation Manager Marketing & Growth. Sie wird neben allen relevanten Marketingthemen ebenfalls das LabV-Team unterstützen.
Abschließend stand ein Besuch bei GK-Software in Schöneck auf dem Programm, der durch das starke SüdWestSachsen Digital Netzwerk entstand. Der Verein SüdWestSachsen Digital bietet uns viele Vorteile unteranderem können wir unser Ecosystem weiter ausbauen, Kontakte knüpfen und neuen Input erhalten.
Bei GK-Software wurden wir von Head of Public Affairs Norbert Eder herzlichst willkommen. Herr Eder gab uns einen Überblick über den Global Player für Einzelhandel Cloud-Services mit anschließendem Rundgang durch das Headquarter.

To kick off the new year 2023, the team was at the “Tannenhaus” in Schöneck/Vogtland for the annual kick-off from January 11 to 13. In a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, we were able working concentrated on the strategic & operational goals for 2023. Thanks to retrospective, brainstorming and teamwork, new, innovative ideas were generated and the projects for Q1 were identified and strengthened.
In addition to the kick-off, we also had the chance to welcome a new employee: Katharina Gruber has been filling the position of Innovation Manager Marketing & Growth since January. In addition to all relevant marketing topics, she will also support the LabV team.
After successfully completing the first day, the NEX team – despite a light drizzle – went on a torchlight hike in the Erzgebirge followed by a hot spiced wine drink, which warmed us up again quickly.
Finally, a visit to GK-Software in Schöneck followed, which was made due to the strong SüdWestSachsen Digital network. The association SüdWestSachsen Digital offers us many advantages, among others we can expand our ecosystem, make contacts and gain new input.
At GK-Software we were warmly welcomed by Head of Public Affairs Norbert Eder. Mr. Eder gave us an overview of the global player for retail cloud services followed by a tour through the headquarter.
