Am 9. Mai waren wir auf der Unternehmer Börse der Hochschule für Angewandten Wissenschaften in Hof vertreten.
Die Veranstaltung auf dem Campus der Hochschule hatte das Ziel, die Studierenden vor Ort mit den ausstellenden Unternehmen zu vernetzen. Uns bot die Unternehmer Börse eine großartige Plattform, um mit den Studierenden in Kontakt zu treten und ihnen die Möglichkeit zu geben, mehr über NEDGEX zu erfahren. An unserem Stand konnten sich die Studierenden nicht nur ein Bild von NEDGEX machen und
unsere Projekte und Tätigkeitsfelder kennenlernen, sondern auch erfahren, welche Tätigkeiten wir für Studenten anbieten. Wir bieten verschiedene Wege an, noch während des Studiums erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Innovation und Entrepreneurship zu sammeln, beispielsweise als Werkstudenten oder duale Studenten. Die Studierenden profitieren von den Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten, die sie in unseren verschiedenen Schwerpunkten sammeln können. Gleichzeitig profitieren wir von den neuen und verschiedenen Blickwinkeln und Ideen, die die Studierenden auf unsere Projekte haben.
Wir von NEDGEX waren begeistert von der Offenheit und dem Engagement der Studierenden. Die Vielfalt ihrer Fachrichtungen und ihr breites Interesse an unseren Tätigkeitsfeldern haben uns gezeigt, dass unsere Bemühungen, junge Fachkräfte für unsere Branche zu begeistern, erfolgreich sind. Wir sind zuversichtlich, dass wir durch die Unternehmer Börse talentierte Studierende für zukünftige Kooperationen gewinnen konnten.
NEDGEX at the Unternehmerbörse
On May 9, we were represented at the Unternehmer Börse of the University of Applied Sciences in Hof. The event, held on the university’s campus, aimed to connect local students with exhibiting companies.
For us, the Unternehmer Börse provided a great platform to connect with students and give them the opportunity to learn more about NEDGEX.
At our booth, students could not only get a picture of NEDGEX and learn about our projects
and fields of activity, but also what activities we offer for students. We offer different ways to gain first work experience in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship while still studying, for example as working students or dual students.
Students benefit from the experience and skills they can gain in our various focus areas. At the same time, we benefit from the new and different perspectives and ideas that the students have on our projects.
We at NEDGEX were thrilled by the openness and commitment of the students. The diversity of their disciplines and their broad interest in our fields of activity have shown us that our efforts to attract young professionals to our industry are successful. We are confident that the Unternehmer Börse has enabled us to attract talented students for future collaborations.
