Bei NEDGEX war viel los in den letzten zwei Wochen: Gleich zwei top Events fanden statt! Im Folgenden wollen wir euch über die 1. nationale Konferenz zu “Künstlicher Intelligenz” (KI) und unsere “NEDGEX goes international” Webinare informieren.
Die Technologien rund um KI gehören zu den wichtigsten Befähigern der gesamten Industrie für die Entwicklung selbstlernender, autonomer Produkte und Services. Unser Ziel ist es, in mehreren Schritten für das notwendige Grundwissen in diesem Bereich zu sorgen, dies auch in die Geschäftsbereiche zu tragen, um dann gemeinsam an neuen digitalen Lösungen und Geschäftsmodellen zu arbeiten.
Am 15.06.2020 fand zusammen mit dem Startup NeuroForge aus Bayreuth die KI-Konferenz statt.
Am Vormittag wurden ausgewählten Teilnehmern aus den verschiedensten Geschäftsbereichen die Grundlagen zu KI vermittelt. Im Anschluss wurden in Brainstorming-Sessions Themenfelder definiert, bei denen KI im Ansatz bereits bei NETZSCH im Einsatz ist, sowie neue, mögliche Einsatzmöglichkeiten erarbeitet. Aus diesen 20 ersten Ideen wurden die besten drei ausgewählt. Die in Teams erarbeiteten Use Cases dazu lieferten super Ergebnisse, die weiterverfolgt werden! Wir freuen uns schon auf Folgeprojekte!

Weiterhin startete NEDGEX seinen internationalen Aufschlag, um nun auch Kollegen/innen der NETZSCH-Gruppe weltweit zu unterstützen und für unsere Vorhaben zu begeistern.
In den letzten Wochen fanden vier Termine statt, an denen die “NEDGEX goes international” Webinare abgehalten wurden. Während der einstündigen Webkonferenz stellten wir den insgesamt über 50 Teilnehmern aus den Regionen Asien-Pazifik sowie Nord- und Südamerika die Digitaleinheit vor. Während der Feedbackrunde konnten erste gute Ansätze und Ideen gesammelt werden – wir bedanken uns für die aktive Teilnahme und freuen uns auf nachfolgende Veranstaltungen mit Euch!

Successful Startup Day at the University of Bayreuth
NEDGEX has been very busy in the last two weeks: Two top events took place! In the following we want to inform you about the 1st national conference on “Artificial Intelligence” (AI) and our “NEDGEX goes international” webinars.
AI-related technologies are among the most important enablers for the entire industry to develop self-learning, autonomous products and services. Our aim is to ensure that the necessary basic knowledge in this area is acquired in several steps, to transfer this knowledge to the business units, and then to work together on new digital solutions and business models.
On 15.06.2020, the AI conference took place together with the startup NeuroForge from Bayreuth.
In the morning, selected participants from various business areas were taught the basics of AI. Subsequently, brainstorming sessions were held to define topic areas in which AI is already in use at NETZSCH, and to develop new, potential applications. From these 20 initial ideas, the best three were selected. The use cases developed in teams delivered great results, which will be followed up! We are already looking forward to the follow-up projects!

Furthermore, NEDGEX started its international kick-off to support and inspire colleagues in the NETZSCH Group worldwide.
In the last few weeks, four dates have been set for the “NEDGEX goes international” webinars. During the one-hour web conference, we presented the digital unit to over 50 participants from the Asia-Pacific and North and South America regions. During the feedback round, first good approaches and ideas could be collected – we thank you for your active participation and are looking forward to the following events with you!
