Kick-off mit den NEDGEX Innovation Scouts! Im März 2021 haben wir uns auf die Suche nach motivierten Mitarbeitern gemacht, die Lust haben, aktiv an digitalen und innovativen Themen mitzuarbeiten. Und sind fündig geworden! 20 Innovation Scouts haben am 20.05 am ersten Kennenlernen des Innovationsnetzwerks teilgenommen.
Die NEDGEX Innovation Scouts sind eine Erweiterung des NEDGEX Netzwerks auf die nationalen Abteilungen und internationalen Standorte. Ziel des Innovationsnetzwerks ist es, durch den Austausch mit den Innovation Scouts Kundenprobleme der Abteilungen zu verstehen und das NEDGEX Mindset zu verbreiten. Gemeinsam bildet NEDGEX mit den Innovation Scouts ein Netzwerk, in welchem alle Beteiligten im Austausch stehen und von diesem profitieren. Die Kommunikation erfolgt durch einen gemeinsamen Microsoft Teams-Kanal.
Im Fokus des ersten Termins stand das gegenseitige Kennenlernen, vor allem mit den Fragen “Was bringe ich ins Netzwerk ein?” und “Was erwarte ich mir vom Netzwerk?”. Als Nächstes erhalten alle Scouts einen Starter-Pack und werden in 20-minütigen Sessions nähere Informationen Ihrer Abteilung bereitstellen und möglichen Kundenprobleme aufzeigen. Danach werden die Scouts mit in die NEDGEX Projektthemen eingebunden.

NEDGEX Innovation Scouts: Kick-off of the international innovation network
Kick-off with the NEDGEX Innovation Scouts! In March 2021, we started looking for motivated employees who want to actively work on digital and innovative topics. And we found what we were looking for! 20 Innovation Scouts participated in the first kick-off of the innovation network on May 20.
The NEDGEX Innovation Scouts are an extension of the NEDGEX network to the national departments and international locations. The goal of the innovation network is to understand customer problems of the departments through the exchange with the Innovation Scouts and to spread the NEDGEX Mindset. Together, NEDGEX and the Innovation Scouts form a network in which all participants exchange ideas and benefit from them. Communication takes place through a common Microsoft Teams channel.
The first meeting focused on getting to know each other, especially with the questions “What do I bring to the network?” and “What do I expect from the network?”. Next, all scouts will receive a starter pack and will provide more detailed information about their department in 20-minute sessions, highlighting potential customer issues. After that, the scouts will be involved in the NEDGEX project topics.
