For the 4th time the workshop around innovation & idea generation took place in the format of a “bootcamp”, this time in Berlin. 27 participants from different regions, business units and departments came together for this 2.5 day workshop. The “MaschinenRaum” – a Viessmann spin-off as a network hub especially for medium-sized companies – offered a perfect setting for the topic of networking & exchange of experience.
Among other things, the participants learned how to work in the NETZSCH ecosystem, how NEDGEX supports and how super ideas can be turned into great projects.
In a mix of theory and a lot of practical exercises, the topics of S27 strategy, portfolio, innovation setups, methods for idea generation & evaluation and our NEDGEX program for promoting intra/entrepreneurship were specifically covered in depth.
In the GB-wide and international field of participants, there was a very fruitful exchange along with great ideas, which we want to pursue further. Our outcome: over 20 clearly defined next steps and over 30 new ideas for innovations.
And of course the “networking” within the group, but also to the ecosystem of the MaschinenRaum turned out to be very inspiring.

NEDGEX International Innovation Ecosystem Kick-off 2023
Zum mittlerweile 4.ten Mal fand der beliebte Workshop rund um Innovation & Ideengenerierung im Rahmen eines „bootcamps“ diesmal in Berlin statt. 27 Teilnehmer aus verschiedenen Regionen, Geschäftsbereiche und Abteilungen kamen zu diesem 2,5 tägigen Workshop zusammen. Der „Maschinenraum“ – eine Viessmann Ausgründung als Netzwerk-Hub speziell für den Mittelstand– bot dabei einen perfekten Rahmen speziell zu dem Thema Vernetzung & Erfahrungsaustausch.
Die Teilnehmer lernten unter anderem, wie man im NETZSCH-Ökosystem arbeitet, wie NEDGEX unterstützt und wie super Ideen zu großartigen Projekten gemacht werden können.
In einem Mix aus Theorie und viel Praxisübungen wurden dabei speziell die Themen S27-Strategie, Portfolio, Innovations-Setups, Methoden zur Ideengenerierung & Bewertung und unser NEDGEX Programm zur Förderung von Intra-/Entrepreneurship vertieft.
In dem GB-übergreifenden und internationalen Teilnehmerfeld kam es zu sehr fruchtbarem Austausch nebst großartigen Ideen, welche wir weiterverfolgen wollen. Unser Outcome: über 20 klar definierte nächste Schritte und über 30 neue Ideen zu Innovationen.
Und natürlich hat die „Vernetzung“ innerhalb der Gruppe, aber auch zum Ökosystem des Maschinenraums perfekt funktioniert.
