Letzte Woche hatten wir das Vergnügen eine Ideation zusammen mit den Azubis in Waldkraiburg durchzuführen. Insgesamt waren 34 Azubis aus den verschiedensten Fachbereichen und Lehrjahren dabei.
Zusammen mit den Azubis und unserem NEDGEX Team haben wir Probleme aus dem Alltag und der Arbeitswelt über die “6-3-5 Methode” analysiert. Denn nur durch ein bestehendes Problem entsteht eine Idee!
Wir sind begeistert, wie schnell, durch das junge Team, Probleme identifiziert und Lösungen präsentiert wurden. An dieser Stelle an euch alle ein großes Lob: Ihr habt einen super Job gemacht!
Anschließend hatten die Azubis die Möglichkeit unsere Projekte hautnah zu erleben und sich so näher darüber zu informieren, was NEDGEX eigentlich so auf die Beine stellt.💪
Unser Team hat verschiedene Stationen aufgebaut. Tobias Heinrich hat der Gruppe einige interessante Fakten zum jungen Joint Venture LabV mitgebracht. Andreas Hentschel hat alle Fragen rund um die NEDGEX GmbH beantwortet. Daniel Stroh hat die Azubis über Notify aufgeklärt und mit Christian Werner hatten die Azubis die Möglichkeit in das METAVERSUM abzutauchen. 🪐😊

NEDGEX meets trainees in Waldkraiburg
Last week we had the pleasure of conducting an ideation together with the trainees in Waldkraiburg. A total of 34 apprentices from various departments and apprenticeship years were there.
Together with the trainees and our NEDGEX team, we analyzed problems from everyday life and the working world using the “6-3-5 method”. Because only an existing problem creates an idea!
We are thrilled how quickly the young team identified problems and presented solutions. At this point we would like to praise you all: You did a great job!
Afterwards, the trainees had the opportunity to experience our projects first hand and thus learn more about what NEDGEX is actually up to.💪
Our team set up various stations. Tobias Heinrich brought the group some interesting facts about the young joint venture LabV. Andreas Hentschel answered all questions about NEDGEX GmbH. Daniel Stroh enlightened the trainees about Notify and with Christian Werner the trainees had the opportunity to dive into the METAVERSUM. 🪐😊
