Bei NETZSCH Moagem & Dispersão (NEM) haben wir unseren ersten vollen Tag unserer Brasilien Woche damit verbracht, in die Welt der Innovation einzutauchen. Unsere Gruppe von 17 motivierten Kollegen aus verschiedenen Abteilungen hatte die Gelegenheit, an einer spannenden Ideation teilzunehmen, die sich um die Erkundung von Möglichkeiten, das bestehende Ökosystem, Best Practices und die besten Methoden zur Förderung der Kreativität drehte. Gemeinsam haben wir über 35 neue Ideen zu einem unserer Fokusthemen entwickelt.
Während des Mittagessens erlebten unsere NEM-Kollegen eine Überraschung – sie waren die Ersten, die unsere NEDGEX-Glückskekse entdeckten (zusammen mit Eiscreme). Diese Kekse enthalten eine besondere Botschaft, die Sie dazu ermutigen soll, Risiken einzugehen und sich für Innovationen zu öffnen. Knacke dein Innovationsglück und entdecke, was für dich drin ist. Abschließend hatten wir die Gelegenheit, die Labore, die Produktion und die Büros von NEM zu besichtigen und einen Blick auf die neue Baustelle in Pomerode zu werfen.
Wir freuen uns darauf, zukünftig mit Gleichgesinnten zusammenzuarbeiten, Insgesamt war unser erster Tag bei NEM ein großartiger Start in das Innovation Game. Wir sind begeistert von den Möglichkeiten, die uns bei NEM geboten werden, und freuen uns darauf, in Zukunft mit unseren Kollegen zusammenzuarbeiten, ungelöste Kundenprobleme kennenzulernen und neue Geschäftsmodelle für unsere NETZSCH-Gruppe voranzutreiben.

NEDGEX meets NEM – Brazil 2023
At NETZSCH Moagem & Dispersão (NEM), we spent our first full day of our week in Brazil immersed in the world of innovation. Our group of 17 motivated colleagues from different departments had the opportunity to participate in an exciting ideation session that revolved around exploring opportunities, the existing ecosystem, best practices, and the best methods to boost creativity. Together, we generated over 35 new ideas around one of our focus topics.
During lunch, our NEM colleagues got a surprise – they were the first to discover our NEDGEX fortune cookies (along with ice cream). These cookies contain a special message to encourage you to take risks and open your mind to innovation. Crack your innovation fortune and discover what’s in it for you. Best of all, you might not just get lucky when it comes to innovation!
Finally, we had the opportunity to visit NEM’s labs, production and offices and take a look at the new construction site in Pomerode.
We look forward to working with like-minded people in the future, Overall, our first day at NEM was a great start to the Innovation Game. We are excited about the opportunities available to us at NEM and look forward to collaborating with our colleagues in the future, learning about unsolved customer problems, and driving new business models for our NETZSCH Group.
