Unser Team besteht aus vielen kreativen Köpfen, die Herausforderungen als Chance sehen und gerne etwas bewegen. Eine davon ist Helin.
Seit September 2022 ist Helin als Werkstudentin im Bereich Design & Kommunikation von digitalen Produkten Teil unseres NEDGEX Teams. Ihre To Do’s umfassen das Fotografieren von Events, Bildbearbeitung, Erstellung und Produktion von TecTalks (coming soon!), das Designen von Logos, Flyern, Roll-ups.

NEDGEX: Wie bist du auf NEDGEX gekommen?
Helin: Auf der Unternehmerbörse an der Hochschule Hof hatte NEDGEX neben NETZSCH einen Stand. Da ich auf der Suche nach einem Werksstudentenjob war, habe ich mich hierfür bei NEDGEX informiert und eine offene Stelle im Bereich Design & Kommunikation digitaler Produkte gefunden, auf die ich mich aufgrund meiner Kreativität beworben habe.
NEDGEX: Was sind deine konkreten Aufgaben im Team?
Helin: Als Werkstudentin im Bereich Design & Kommunikation digitaler Produkte kümmere ich mich Hauptsächlich um das Designen von Flyern, Logos & Bannern. Zudem produziere ich ein neues Videoformat und mache Fotos auf unseren Veranstaltungen.
NEDGEX: Wie sieht ein typischer Arbeitsalltag bei dir aus?
Helin: Einen typischen Arbeitsalltag habe ich nicht, da es immer unterschiedliche Projekte gibt an denen ich arbeiten darf. Die Vielfalt und Abwechslung sind genau die Punkte, die mir an meinen Arbeitsfeldern am meisten Spaß machen.
Meistens arbeite ich in den Büros im Einsteingebäude oder in unserem Standort in Selb, da ich den persönlichen Kontakt mit meinen Kolleg*innen bevorzuge. Die Möglichkeit Remote zu arbeiten, besteht ebenfalls.
NEDGEX: Was hat dir NEDGEX bisher mit auf den Weg gegeben?
Helin: Das Team, in dem ich arbeite hat mich in meiner Person weiterentwickelt. Punkte wie Selbstständiges Arbeiten und höheres Selbstbewusstsein aufgrund des Zuspruchs meiner Arbeit, sind nun kein Neuland für mich.
NEDGEX: Welchen Tipp hast du für jemanden der sich bei NEDGEX bewerben will?
Helin: Wag den Schritt und bewirb dich. Die Menschen, mit denen du arbeitest, sind herzlich, offen und verständnisvoll. Dein Arbeitsplatz ist modern gestaltet und für jedes Problem lässt sich immer eine Lösung finden.
NEDGEX: Was macht dir bei deiner Arbeit am meisten Spaß?
Helin: Die Freiheit zu haben auch als Werkstudent eigene Ideen mit einzubringen. Es wird meiner Kreativität keine Grenzen gesetzt.

To give you a better understanding of what we do every day at NEDGEX, we would like to introduce you to the team.
Our team consists of many creative minds who see challenges as opportunities and like to make a difference. One of them is Helin.
Since September 2022, Helin has been part of our NEDGEX team as a working student in the field of design & communication of digital products. Her to-do’s include event photography, image editing, creating and producing TecTalks (coming soon!), designing logos, flyers and roll-ups.

NEDGEX: How did you find out about NEDGEX?
Helin: NEDGEX had a stand next to NETZSCH at the Unternehmerbörse at Hof University. I was looking for a job as a student trainee, so I went to NEDGEX and found a vacancy in the field of design and communication of digital products, which I applied for because of my creativity.
NEDGEX: What are your specific tasks in the team?
Helin: As a working student in the area of design & communication of digital products, I mainly take care of the design of flyers, logos and banners. I also produce a new video format and take photos at our events.
NEDGEX: What does a typical working day look like for you?
Helin: I don’t have a typical working day, because there are always different projects I get to work on. The diversity and variety are exactly the points that I enjoy most about my fields of work.
Most of the time I work in the offices in the Einstein building or in our location in Selb, because I prefer personal contact with my colleagues. There is also the possibility to work remotely.
NEDGEX: What has NEDGEX given you so far?
Helin: The team I work in has developed me as a person. Points such as working independently and higher self-confidence due to the approval of my work are now not new territory for me.
NEDGEX: What advice do you have for someone who wants to apply to NEDGEX?
Helin: Take the step and apply. The people you work with are warm, open and understanding. Your workplace is modern and you can always find a solution to any problem.
NEDGEX: What do you enjoy most about your work?
Helin: Having the freedom to contribute my own ideas, even as a working student. There are no limits to my creativity.
