Heute stellen wir dir Andi vor.
Er ist seit 2019 Teil des Teams und zählt somit quasi schon zum Gründungsteam. Mit seiner Expertise in sämtlichen Bereichen und seinem Humor begeistert er das Team jeden Tag aufs Neue! 🙃
Andi startet als Werkstudent, verfasst seine Bachelorarbeit zum Thema „Digitale Transformation anhand von Innovationseinheiten“ zusammen mit NEDGEX und ist seither als Innovation Architect fester Bestandteil des Teams.
Wir haben Andi im Interview einige Fragen gestellt und konnten interessante Einblicke in seine Arbeit gewinnen. 👇
NEDGEX: „Andi, was sind deine konkreten Aufgaben als Innovation Architect?“
Andi: Seit meinem Abschluss bin im Zuge meiner Tätigkeit speziell für die Methoden und Prozesse zuständig, die wir nutzen, um von einem Kundenproblem zu einem funktionierenden Geschäftsmodell zu kommen. Natürlich war ich in einigen Projekt auch schon aktiv als Projektleiter beteiligt. Aber mein Fokus liegt darauf unsere Teams bei der Frage zu unterstützen, wie sie zu ihrem Ziel gelangen. Zudem betreue ich unsere dualen und Werkstudenten. (Anm. d. Verf. Sehr aufopferungsvoll und mit aller Kraft )
NEDGEX: „Was lässt dich bei NEDGEX bleiben?“Andi: Ich schätze die offene und persönliche Umgangsweise bei uns sehr. Zudem hatten wir von Anfang an ein super Team, mit dem man auch gerne mal nach Feierabend gerne Zeit verbringt. Außerdem sind die Themengebiete, in denen wir unterwegs sind topmodern und abwechslungsreich. Es wird nie langweilig bei uns!
NEDGEX: „Was ist bei NEDGEX anders als bei anderen Innovationseinheiten?
Aus meiner Sicht sind das zwei Punkte.
1) Freiheit. Wir dürfen explorieren, was wir für zukunftsträchtig halten, ganz egal ob die Themen nun komplett von den Geschäftsbereichen losgelöst sind oder eng mit diesen verwoben.
2) Der Rückhalt vom Management: Andere Innovationseinheiten haben nicht so viel Support von Oben. Allein an den Ausgründungen der letzten Jahre kann man sehen, dass bei NEDGEX wirklich was auf die Beine gestellt wird und wir etwas bewegen, statt nur Innovationstheater zu spielen.
NEDGEX: „Was hat dir NEDGEX mit auf den Weg gegeben?“
Andi: „Puh, da könnte ich dir jetzt eine ganze Liste in die Hand drücken. Auf jeden Fall ein tiefes Verständnis rum um das Thema Innovationsprojekte. Denn was man im Studium lernt, sieht in der Praxis oft ganz anders. Ich bin zum einen aktiv mit in den Projekten eingebunden aber auch in einer coachenden Rolle, in der ich ein bestehendes Projektteam mit Rat und Tat unterstütze. Das sind alles Erfahrungen, die ich bis dato noch gemacht hatte und hands-on lernen durfte.“

NEDGEX – what and especially WHO is that?
To give you a better understanding of what we do every day at NEDGEX, we would like to introduce you to the team. 🤓
Today we would like to introduce you to Andi.
He has been part of the team since 2019 and is therefore already part of the founding team. With his expertise in all areas and his humor, he inspires the team every day anew! 🙃
Andi started as a working student, wrote his bachelor thesis on “Digital Transformation based on Innovation Units” together with NEDGEX and has since been a vital part of the team as an Innovation Architect.
We talked to Andi in an interview and were able to gain interesting insights into his work. 👇
NEDGEX: “Andi, what are your specific tasks as an Innovation Architect?”
Andi: Since graduating, I have been specifically responsible for the methods and processes we use to move from a customer problem to a working business model. Of course, I have been actively involved in some projects as a project manager. But my focus is on supporting our teams in how they get to their goal. I also supervise our dual and working students. (Editor’s note: Very sacrificially and with all energy 😉)
NEDGEX: “What makes you stay with NEDGEX? “
Andi: I really appreciate the open and personal way of dealing with people. In addition, we had a great team right from the start, with whom you also enjoy spending time after work. In addition, the topics in which we work are cutting-edge and varied. It never gets boring with us!
NEDGEX: “What is different about NEDGEX compared to other innovation units?
Andi: From my point of view, there are two points.
1) Freedom. We are allowed to explore what we think is promising, regardless of whether the topics are completely detached from the business units or closely intertwined with them.
2) Support from the management: Other innovation units don’t have as much support from the top. You can see from the spin-offs of the last few years alone that NEDGEX is really getting things off the ground and that we are making a difference instead of just playing innovation theater.
NEDGEX: “What has NEDGEX given you along the way?”
Andi: “Phew, I could give you a whole list right now. In any case, a deep understanding of the topic of innovation projects. Because what you learn in your studies is often quite different in practice. On the one hand, I’m actively involved in the projects, but I also have a coaching role in which I support an existing project team in word and deed. These are all experiences that I had not had before and was able to learn hands-on.”
