Unser Team besteht aus vielen kreativen Köpfen, die Herausforderungen als Chance sehen und gerne was bewegen. Eine davon ist Marie.
Seit Februar 2023 ist Marie als Werkstudentin Teil unseres NEDGEX Teams und arbeitet im Innovation Hub in München.
Damit ihr Marie und ihren Alltag bei NEGEX besser kennen lernen könnt, folgen ein paar interessante Einblicke. 👇
NEDGEX: Wie bist du auf NEDGEX gekommen?
Marie: Ich war letztes Jahr Teilnehmerin eines Mentoring Programms der TU München (MentorING). Bei diesem Programm wird jeder Studentin, ein:e passende:r Mentor:in aus der Industrie zur Seite gestellt. Teresa, die auch Teil von NEDGEX ist, war meine Mentorin. Während ich in meinem Auslandssemester war, hat sie mir dann geschrieben, dass sie gerade nach einer Werkstudentin sucht und ob ich nicht Lust hätte.
NEDGEX: Was sind deine konkreten Aufgaben im Team?
Marie: Meine Aufgaben als Werkstudentin sind im Bereich der Digital Unit. Generell ist unsere Arbeit Projektbasiert und deswegen können auch meine Aufgaben unterschiedliche Bereiche miteinschließen. Derzeit arbeite ich an zwei Projekten mit. Bei einem Projekt geht es um die Einführung eines neuen Businessmodels. Bei dem Anderen führen wir eine Marktanalyse für eine neue Technologie durch.
NEDGEX: Wie sieht ein typischer Arbeitsalltag bei dir aus?
Marie: Das ist unterschiedlich. Da ich an unterschiedlichen Projekten beteiligt bin, variieren da meine Aufgaben auch, je nachdem was gerade ansteht. Generell bin ich meist in mehreren Meetings für Absprachen, führe Interviews, recherchiere, werte Ergebnisse aus und unterstütze bei anderen Themen.
NEDGEX: Was hat dir NEDGEX bisher mit auf den Weg gegeben?
Marie: Ein gutes Arbeitsumfeld und einen offenen Austausch. Außerdem sehr viele neue Erfahrungen, Einblicke ins Innovationsmanagement, sowie ein etabliertes mittelständisches Familienunternehmen.
NEDGEX: Welchen Tipp hast du für jemanden der sich bei NEDGEX bewerben will?
Marie: Mach es 🙂
NEDGEX: Was macht dir bei deiner Arbeit am meisten Spaß?
Marie: Der Austausch mit meinen Kollegen.
NEDGEX: Was sind die größten Herausforderungen bei der Arbeit im Innovations-Game?
Marie: Die Einarbeitung in viele unterschiedliche Themen, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig.

Our team consists of many creative minds who see challenges as opportunities and like to make things happen. One of them is Marie.
Since February, Marie has been part of our NEDGEX team as a Workingstudent and works in the Innovation Hub in Munich.
We asked Marie a few questions in the interview and were able to gain interesting insights into her work. 👇
NEDGEX: How did you find NEDGEX?
Marie: Last year I was a participant in a mentoring program at the TU Munich (MentorING). In this program, each student is paired with a mentor from the industry. Teresa, who is also part of NEDGEX, was my mentor. While I was in my semester abroad, she wrote to me that she was looking for a working student and if I would like to join her.
NEDGEX: What are your concrete tasks in the team?
Marie: My tasks as a working student are in the area of the Digital Unit. In general, our work is project-based and therefore my tasks can also include different areas. I am currently working on two projects. One project is about the introduction of a new business model. In the other one we are doing a market analysis for a new technology.
NEDGEX: What does a typical working day look like for you?
Marie: It varies. Since I’m involved in different projects, my tasks vary depending on what’s going on at the moment. In general, I am usually in several meetings for arrangements, conduct interviews, research, evaluate results and support with other topics.
NEDGEX: What has NEDGEX given you along your way so far?
Marie: A good working environment and an open exchange. Also, a lot of new experiences, insights into innovation management, as well as an established medium-sized family business.
NEDGEX: What advice do you have for someone who wants to apply to NEDGEX?
Marie: Do it 🙂
NEDGEX: What do you enjoy most about your work?
Marie: The exchange with my colleagues.
NEDGEX: What are the biggest challenges of working in the innovation game?
Marie: Becoming familiar with many different topics, several projects at the same time.
