Mitte Oktober war NEDGEX zu Gast in Hamburg und nahm dort an einem Deep Dive Workshop teil. Organisiert wurde der Wissensaustausch mit externem Coach vom NETZSCH Geschäftsbereich Pumpen & Systeme.
Konkretes Ziel war es mittels verschiedenen Gruppendynamiken eine kreative und effektive Lösung für eine konkrete Problemstellung zu erarbeiten.
Kick off des zweitägigen Workshops findet in der Lobby des Hotels Gastwerk statt. Nach einigen einleitenden Worten und den wichtigsten Facts zu NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme für die externen Teilnehmenden wird bereits die zu lösende Problemstellung vorgestellt.
Von dort geht es direkt zum Workshop-Space im Stadtteil Hamburg-Altona. Dort angekommen, finden die Teilnehmer eine großzügigen Veranstaltungsraum vor, der viel Platz zum Denken und Konzipieren lässt.
Nach einer kurzen Orientierung geht es direkt los. Die Grundproblematik wird detaillierter analysiert, Erwartungen werden geklärt und die Gruppe wird aufgeteilt. Jedes Team Arbeit auf seine Weise an Ideen und Möglichkeiten das Problem zu lösen und stellt diese anschließend in der gesamten Runde vor. Eine gemeinsame Feedbackrunde nach jeder Präsentation hilft den Ideen eine konkrete Form zu geben bzw. dies unterschiedlichen Ideen zu einem großen Lösungsansatz zusammenzufügen.
Die internen Teilnehmenden kommen aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen der NETZSCH Gruppe und bilden somit in Verbindung mit den externen Teilnehmenden eine tatkräftige Gruppe. Der Wissenstransfer zwischen den Teilnehmern funktioniert gut und führt zu einem erfolgreichen Zwischenstand am Ende des ersten Workshop Tags.
Als Abschluss des ersten Tags machen die Teilnehmer*innen eine informative Tour mit dem Bulli durch die Speicherstadt Hamburgs. Die Teilnehmenden erfahren Wissenswertes über Stadt und Geschichte. Beispielsweise gibt es 104 Bezirke in Hamburg. Im Vergleich: In Berlin sind es 12 Bezirke.
Nach Ende der beiden Tage verlassen die Teilnehmer*innen den Workshop mit einem erweiterten Wissensschatz, wertvollen Erfahrungen und neuen Kontakten.

NEDGEX as a guest at the NPS Workshop in Hamburg
In October, NEDGEX was a guest in Hamburg and participated in the Deep Dive Workshop. The knowledge exchange with an external coach was organized by the Business Unit NETZSCH Pumps & Systems.
The concrete goal was to develop a creative and effective solution for a concrete problem by means of various group dynamics.
Kick off of the two-day workshop takes place in the lobby of the hotel Gastwerk. After a few introductory words and the most important facts about NETZSCH Pumps & Systems for the external participants, the problem to be solved is already presented.
From there, the participants go directly to the workshop space in the Hamburg-Altona district. Once there, the participants find a spacious event room that leaves plenty of room for thinking and conceptualizing.
After a brief orientation, things get started right away. The basic problem is analyzed in detail, expectations are clarified and the group is divided. Each team works on ideas and possibilities to solve the problem in its own way and then presents them to the whole group. A joint feedback round after each presentation helps to give the ideas a concrete form or to combine these different ideas into one big solution.
The internal participants come from different areas of the NETZSCH Group and thus form an energetic group in combination with the external participants. The knowledge transfer between the participants works well and leads to a successful intermediate status at the end of the first workshop day.
At the end of the first day, the participants take an informative tour with the Bulli through Hamburg’s Speicherstadt. The participants will learn interesting facts about the city and its history. For example, there are 104 districts in Hamburg. By comparison, there are 12 districts in Berlin.
At the end of the two days, the participants left the workshop with an expanded science, valuable experiences and new contacts.
