Letzte Woche war unser Tech Expert Julian bei dem NDB Teams in Pomerode. 🇧🇷 Neben einer Werkstour und Meeting mit dem Management durfte er auch das aktuelle IoT Projekt unserer Innovation Scouts Arthur Zinke, André Anjos, Leandro Starke und Sidney Guedes näher kennenlernen.
Es ist beeindruckend, was ein talentiertes Projekt Team aus Vertrieb und Entwicklung in weniger als einem Jahr auf die Beine gestellt hat. Erfolgsrezept hierfür war die agile Struktur, das diverse Team, die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden und der starke Support direkt vom Management rund um Osvaldo Ferreira.🤝
Im nächsten Schritt geht es nun an die Zertifizierung des Prototypen, Erstellung des Geschäftsmodell und Rückführung des Projekts in die Kernorganisation. Hier wird NEDGEX erstmals beratend zur Seite stehen, sodass sich das Kernteam weiter auf das Produkt fokussieren kann.
Neben der Expertise rund um das Business Modelling und Marktvalidierung, helfen wir mit der Vernetzung im Unternehmen sowie der Verbindung zum externen Innovation Ecosystem. Dabei bleibt das bestehende Projektteam natürlich weiterhin im Lead und wir bringen die notwendigen Ressourcen und Expertise ein, um die nächste Ideen zu fördern. 🚀

It’s impressive what a talented project team from sales and development has put together in less than a year. The recipe for success was the agile structure, the diverse team, the close collaboration with the customer and the strong support directly from the management around Osvaldo Ferreira.
The next step is to certify the prototype, create the business model and bring the project back to the core organization. Here, NEDGEX will provide consulting support for the first time, so that the core team can continue to focus on the product. 🙇🏼
