Terms and Conditions for the Amazon Voucher Giveaway by Star Pump Alliance GmbH in cooperation with nedgex GmbH

  1. Hosted by: This giveaway is hosted by nedgex GmbH in collaboration with Star Pump Alliance GmbH.
  2. Survey Participation: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the survey in full and submit the form. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
  3. Age Restriction: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  4. Prize Details: The 50€ prize will be awarded as an Amazon voucher, in the equivalent currency of the winner’s location.
  5. Winner Selection: A winner will be randomly selected after the official survey closing from all participants who have fully completed and submitted the survey.
  6. Draw Process: The draw will be conducted after the survey period has closed, at a time chosen by the organizer, but no later than the end of Q2 2024. The specific date of the draw will not be announced in advance.
  7. Survey Participation Requirements: To qualify for entry into the giveaway, participants are required to fully complete the survey and submit the form accurately. Incomplete submissions or intentionally inaccurate or nonsensical survey entries will not be eligible for consideration.
  8. Notification: The winner will be determined by a random selection process and notified via email. The winner must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
  9. Publication: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to be mentioned on the LinkedIn page of Star Pump Alliance GmbH for advertising purposes if legally permitted.
  10. Data Protection: Participants consent to their personal data being used for the survey and draw, in compliance with the GDPR. More information can be found in our privacy policy.
  11. No Purchase Necessary: Purchasing does not enhance the chance of winning.
  12. Legal Recourse: Legal recourse is excluded.
  13. Changes: Star Pump Alliance GmbH reserves the right to alter or cancel the survey or giveaway without notice.
