Wir von NEDGEX hatten das Vergnügen beim Recharge Podcast von medienreaktor® GmbH dabei zu sein. Es war uns ein Freude mit Andreas Fischer und Florian Hartl zu sprechen.
In der aktuellen Folge mit Project Innovation Manager Dana zum Thema “Wie schaffen wir Secure Spaces für neue Ideen?” geht es um mehr als nur digitale Innovation.
Wir sprechen unter anderem darüber, wie man Ideen im Unternehmen fördert, daraus in einem geschützten Raum digitale Geschäftsmodelle entwickelt und mit Respekt, Unterstützung und Kollaboration, digitale Produkte auf den Markt bringen kann. Keywords wie Empowerment und Coworking sind Inhalt unseres Gesprächs.
Die 2004 gegründete Agentur mit Sitz in Bamberg konzentriert sich hauptsächlich auf Marke und Digitales. Der Podcast steht zunächst nicht auf dem Plan der Digitalagentur sondern wird in der Anfangszeit der Pandemie ins Leben gerufen. Seither sprechen die Jungs einmal im Monat über Zukunftsthemen wie Digitalisierung und New Work. Nach dem Motto „Aufladen und neu durchstarten“ geben verschiedene Gäste Impulse und beantworten interessante Fragen.
Ziel des Podcasts ist es die HörerInnen zu unterhalten und zu inspirieren. Aufgabe ist es nicht eine weitere Anleitung zum Thema New Work zu geben, sondern echten Mehrwert zu schaffen und zwar: “in Form von Positivität in einer Zeit, die kaum Positives bringt.” Erreichen will das Team nicht nur Geschäftsführung oder EntscheiderInnen von Unternehmen, sondern Hilfestellung für alle geben, die sich nach neuer Energie während der Coronakrise sehnen.
Mit einem anderen Format “Auf einen Kaffee ☕️ mit …” stellt medienreaktor seine kreativen Köpfe vor und gibt Einblick in den Alltag der eigenen Mitarbeiter. Es lohnt sich mal vorbeizuschauen und sich durch die verschiedenen Folgen zu klicken!
Obwohl wir uns nur über unsere Bildschirme vom Homeoffice aus sehen können, ist die Atmosphäre entspannt und der Austausch mit Flo und Andi angenehm. Danke noch einmal an dieser Stelle an die beiden Interviewpartner!

NEDGEX as a guest at the Recharge Podcast
We from NEDGEX had the pleasure to be part of the Recharge Podcast from medienreaktor® GmbH. It was a really nice talking to Andreas Fischer and Florian Hartl.
The current episode with our Project Innovation Manager Dana on the topic “How do we create secure spaces for new ideas?” is about more than just digital innovation.
Among other things, we talk about how to foster ideas in the company, develop digital business models from them in a protected space, and bring digital products to market with respect, support, and collaboration. Keywords like empowerment and coworking are part of our conversation.
Founded in 2004, the Bamberg-based agency focuses mainly on brand and digital. The podcast is not initially on the digital agency’s schedule but was launched in the early days of the pandemic. Since then, the guys talk about future topics like digitalization and new work once a month. According to the motto “Recharge and get a fresh start”, various guests provide impetus and answer interesting questions.
The aim of the podcast is to entertain and inspire the listeners. The task is not to give another manual on the topic of New Work, but to create real added value and that: “in the form of positivity in a time that hardly brings anything positive.” The team wants to reach not only management or decision-makers of companies, but to provide assistance to anyone who longs for new energy during the corona crisis.
With another format “For a coffee ☕️ with …” medienreaktor presents its creative minds and gives insight into the everyday life of its own employees. It’s worth taking a look and clicking through the various episodes!
Although we can only see each other remote via our screens, the atmosphere is relaxed and the exchange with Flo and Andi comfy. Thank you once again to both interview partners!
