Als fortschrittliches Unternehmen ist es von großer Bedeutung, talentierte Mitarbeiter zu akquirieren, zu erkennen und zu fördern. Mit dem Innovation Talent Program (ITP) gehen wir einen weiteren Schritt in diese Richtung. Das Programm zielt darauf ab, langfristig einen Pool an Mitarbeitern aufzubauen, die das Unternehmen insbesondere in Bezug auf Innovation vorantreiben können.
Der Start am 08.11.2023 brachte Teilnehmer aus verschiedenen Abteilungen und Geschäftsbereichen von NETZSCH sowie der Unternehmerschmiede zusammen. Unter ihnen befanden sich Fachleute aus den Bereichen Personal, Marketing, Markenkommunikation und Innovation. Diese vielfältige Gruppe von Experten brachte ein breites Spektrum an Fachwissen und Erfahrungen mit und trug zu einem erfolgreichen Kick-off bei. Dabei wurden auch Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten innerhalb des Programms diskutiert und festgelegt. Darüber hinaus wurde das Kick-off-Meeting genutzt, um wichtige Meilensteine und nächste Schritte festzulegen.
Der Start dieses 18-24 monatigen Programms markiert den Beginn einer spannenden Reise sowohl für das Unternehmen als auch für die zukünftigen Talente des Programms. Bereits zum 1. September 2024 wollen wir die ersten Talente onboarden und das Programm in den kommenden Jahren weiter ausbauen. Programm Managerin ist Stefanie Wandalen, die mit ihrer internationalen Erfahrung (zuletzt als Personalleiterin NdB) das Programm leitet und die erforderlichen Maßnahmen und Tätigkeiten koordiniert.

The beginning of success: Kick-off of the NETZSCH Innovation Talent Program
As a progressive company, it is of great importance to acquire, recognize and promote talented employees. With the Innovation Talent Program (ITP), we are taking a further step in this direction. The program aims to build a long-term pool of employees who can push the company forward, particularly in terms of innovation.
The launch on November 8, 2023 brought together participants from various departments and business units of NETZSCH and the Unternehmerschmiede. Among them were experts from the fields of HR, marketing, brand communication and innovation. This diverse group of experts brought a wide range of expertise and experience and contributed to a successful kick-off. Roles and responsibilities within the program were also discussed and defined. In addition, the kick-off meeting was used to define key milestones and next steps.
The start of this 18-24 month program marks the beginning of an exciting journey for both the company and the future talents of the program. We want to onboard the first talents as early as September 1, 2024 and continue to expand the program in the coming years. Program Manager is Stefanie Wandalen, who will lead the program with her international experience (most recently as Head of HR NdB) and coordinate the necessary measures and activities.
