Am 19.11 und 20.11 war das Team von NEDGEX zu Gast im Norden. Bei den Kollegen von NETZSCH Vakumix in Bremen haben Jörg Fiedler, Dominik Meier und Andreas Hentschel erfahren was hinter den Anlagen steckt.
Wir konnten uns anschauen wie in Handarbeit NETZSCH VAKUMIX Anlagen entstehen und haben NEDGEX sowie unsere Projekte vorgestellt.
Anschließen ging es dann ans eingemachte. Zusammen mit den Programmierern haben wir uns das Bedienpanel der Maschinen, das sogenannte HMI angesehen und darüber diskutiert wie man mit direkten Kundenfeedback und kleinen Verbesserungen die Benutzererfahrung besser macht.
Auf dieser Basis haben wir dann in einem gemeinsamen Workshop sogenannte Personas erstellt, um die Blickwinkel der verschiedenen Nutzer anschaulich darzustellen.

NEDGEX meets NVM
At the 19th and 20th of November the NEDGEX team was a guest in the north. The colleagues from NETZSCH Vakumix in Bremen told Jörg Fiedler, Dominik Meier and Andreas Hentschel what is behind the machines.
We could have a look at how NETZSCH VAKUMIX plants are made by hand and presented NEDGEX and our projects.
Afterwards, we looked together with the programmers at the operating panel of the machines, the so-called HMI, and discussed how to improve the user experience with direct customer feedback and small improvements.
Based on this, we then created so-called Personas in a joint workshop to illustrate the perspectives of the various users.
Many thanks again to all colleagues for their time, openness, cooperation and the great feedback as well. We are looking forward to further topics.
