Unser Team besteht aus vielen kreativen Köpfen, die Herausforderungen als Chance sehen und gerne was bewegen. Eine davon ist Teresa.
Seit September ist Teresa als Innovation Architect Teil unseres NEDGEX Teams und arbeitet im Innovation Hub in München.
Sie ist auf die Entwicklung von digitalen Produkten und Geschäftsmodellen spezialisiert. Bei NEDGEX wird Teresa neue Ideen Explorieren, Validieren und Bewerten, neue tragfähige Geschäftsmodelle entwickeln und überregionale Innovationspartner akquirieren.

NEDGEX: Wie bist du auf NEDGEX gekommen?
Teresa: Ich bin durch eine Stellenanzeige von unserem Partner, dem INC Invention Center, auf NEDGEX aufmerksam geworden und war schnell, sehr begeistert von NEDGEX.
NEDGEX: Was sind deine konkreten Aufgaben im Team?
Teresa: Ich kümmere mich einerseits um unser externes Innovation Ecosystem. Hier suche ich passende Innovationspartner, Hochschulen oder auch Start-ups mit denen wir zusammen arbeiten könnten. Ich knüpfe die Kontakte und stelle den Bezug zu den jeweiligen Ideengebern oder Projekten her. Andererseits gestalte ich die Innovationen inhaltlich als auch methodisch mit. Zusammen mit unseren Innovation guides und weiteren Experten von NETZSCH exploriere ich Themen, gestalte Geschäftsmodelle, teste die Ideen mit möglichen Kunden, überlege wie man die Ideen an den Markt bringen kann etc.
NEDGEX: Wie sieht ein typischer Arbeitsalltag bei dir aus?
Teresa: Einen typischen Arbeitstag gibt es bei mir nicht, da jeder Tag unterschiedlich ist. Häufig bin ich an anderen Standorten unterwegs, um Workshops zu Ideengenerierung, Geschäftsmodellentwicklung oder Testen dieser zu halten. Oder ich bin zu Besuch bei unseren Partnern, um hier die weiteren Kollaborationen vorzubereiten. Wenn ich Zeit benötige, ein Thema in der Tiefe zu durchdenken und zu recherchieren findet man mich in meinem Büro in München oder auch zu Hause.
NEDGEX: Was ist bei NEDGEX anders als bei anderen Innovationseinheiten?
Teresa: Bei NEDGEX stimmt das Commitment – sowohl von allen Beteiligten als auch vom Management. Von Anfang an begeistert, hat mich der Ecosystem Gedanke und die Offenheit zur Zusammenarbeit mit vielen verschiedenen internen als auch externen Partnern. Das bietet die Möglichkeit jedes Thema mit den besten Experten zu besetzen und auch von außen viel zu lernen.

To give you a better understanding of what we do every day at NEDGEX, we would like to introduce you to the team. 🤓
Our team consists of many creative minds who see challenges as opportunities and like to make things happen. One of them is Teresa.
Since September, Teresa has been part of our NEDGEX team as an Innovation Architect and works in the Innovation Hub in Munich.
She specialises in the development of digital products and business models. At NEDGEX, Teresa will explore, validate and evaluate new ideas, develop new viable business models and acquire cross-regional innovation partners.
We asked Teresa a few questions in the interview and were able to gain interesting insights into her work. 👇
NEDGEX: How did you find NEDGEX?
Teresa: I became aware of NEDGEX through a job advertisement from our partner, the INC Invention Center, and was quickly very enthusiastic about NEDGEX.
NEDGEX: What are your concrete tasks in the team?
Teresa: On the one hand, I take care of our external innovation ecosystem. Here I look for suitable innovation partners, universities or start-ups with whom we could work together. I make the contacts and establish the connection to the respective idea providers or projects. On the other hand, I help shape the content and methodology of the innovations. Together with our innovation guides and other NETZSCH experts, I explore topics, design business models, test the ideas with potential customers, think about how to bring the ideas to market, and so on. 🤗
NEDGEX: What does a typical working day look like for you?
Teresa: I don’t have a typical working day, because every day is different. I am often on the road at other locations to hold workshops on idea generation, business model development or testing. Or I visit our partners to prepare further collaborations. If I need time to think through a topic in depth and do research, you can find me in my office in Munich or at home. 💻
NEDGEX: What is different about NEDGEX compared to other innovation units?
Teresa: At NEDGEX, the commitment is right – both from everyone involved and from the management. From the beginning, I was excited by the ecosystem idea and the openness to collaborate with many different internal as well as external partners. This offers the opportunity to fill each topic with the best experts and also to learn a lot from the outside.
